It's looking bright for the future of THE LOCAL LOTTO!

We have some important information for you about the future management of THE LOCAL LOTTO.
The lottery has been running successfully since 2018 and has raised almost £400,000 for good causes locally.
Following a management review of the lottery going forwards, we are pleased to announce that Harrogate and District Community Action will be taking over the management of THE LOCAL LOTTO from North Yorkshire Council. We are grateful to HADCA for helping to ensure the Lottery continues to provide a way for local good causes to raise funds. We believe that this move will result in an improved model - a lottery that is run by the voluntary and community sector, for the voluntary and community sector.
You will not notice any changes to the way the lottery is run as North Yorkshire Council is working with HADCA and the Lottery Operator, Gatherwell, to ensure a smooth transition. This transition is expected to happen in the week commencing Monday 1st June.
