About Us:

The Yorkshire Yoga centre is based at our fully accessible building in Halfpenny Close, Knaresborough, We provide a welcoming and inclusive venue in which all the community can experience the benefits provides group exercise classes taught by qualified instructors in Yoga, Pilates, Dance as well as well-being and natural stress relief techniques/ therapies such as reflexology, aromatherapy and Indian head massage. There is also the option of individual classes. We believe that everyone should be able to participate in yoga, which is why we offer a range of classes suitable for different levels of ability and health.
